Get Your Holidays On at the Edge

Celebrate the end of 2018 surrounded by your community friends, small businesses and neighbors with great bites and booze to wrap up the year with a bang.

Whether you want to network, make new connections, help raise money for your Chamber’s programs and events, meet new Edgewater residents or hang out with old acquaintances, the Holiday Mixer is the perfect event to wind down and relax before 2019 kicks in.

DATE: Thursday, December 6
TIME: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
LOCATION: Colvin House

Fundraising on the Edge

The Edgewater Chamber of Commerce depends on generous donations from its community to raise funds towards yearly events like programming workshops, small business growth panels, entrepreneur-centric networking gatherings and school fundraisers like the Edgewater 5k Run. The Holiday Mixer is hoping to bring in over $14,000 this year to help the Chamber’s 2019 programs.

We love our sponsors and want to show you off at our event. If you want Edgewater’s residents to get to learn more about your business, sponsor the Holiday Mixer and get extra perks for supporting your community.

Is this Mixer for Me?

This event is open to the general public – whether you are a Chamber member or not. The Edgewater Holiday Mixer is ideal for anyone interested in great parties, socializing, networking with Edgewater’s small business owners. We welcome foodies, families, new neighbors and old friends to join us and see how great it is to live on The Edge!

What Edgewater Means to Me Contest

We might be biased but we LOVE Edgewater’s community and we know our small businesses do too! So much so, that we are throwing down a friendly competition during our Holiday Mixer to show off all the talent in Edgewater.

There will be a Bake-Off contest where local bakers will display baked items that interpret what living or having a business in our neighborhood means to them through tastes, look or feel. We will also have a Mixology Contest where local bartenders will serve a cocktail that savors the taste of Edgewater. Best of all, the winners will be determined by our attending guests! So buy your tickets and join in on the fun.
