Founded in 1996. The mission is to foster community development, create and preserve affordable and diverse housing opportunities in Rogers Park and throughout Chicago through education, training, advocacy and development. Classes are offered in homebuyer education, condo training, and post purchase. Counseling for pre-purchase, foreclosure prevention, financial capability and credit counseling are provided.
